ob Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with prospects.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints.
• Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead-management systems.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good English communication.
• Hindi/Tamil or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, customer support, BPO, or inside sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
