Voice Process Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills for handling international calls effectively.
• Ability to work on night shifts (24/7) as per business requirements.
• Proficiency in processing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
