Hiring: BPO Executive

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced BPO Executives for our Hyderabad location. Candidates with prior BPO/call center experience and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email support as per process requirements
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Meet daily/monthly performance targets (quality, AHT, CSAT)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in BPO/customer service/call center
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Male and female candidates welcome
