What they need
nternational Voice Process / Customer Support Executive role. Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1yr+ experience in International Voice
- Handled international inbound calls
- Provide customer support and resolve queries effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process from BPO Company
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
- Flexibility working in night / rotational shifts
