Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned data
• Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers
• Explain products, services, or information accurately
• Understand customer needs and respond effectively
• Maintain call quality standards and follow call scripts/guidelines
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections calmly
• Update customer details and call outcomes in the system
• Achieve daily call quality and productivity targets
• Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines

• Good verbal communication skills
• Pleasant voice and clear pronunciation
• Active listening and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle objections and maintain call etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry
• Time management and discipline

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage
