Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned seller and customer accounts.
• Handle queries, resolve escalations, and build strong business relationships.
• Track account performance, analyze sales trends, and maintain reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support.
• Achieve assigned targets and maintain high client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication .

Minimum 1year experience is required
