Profile Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process/Customer Service environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Ability to attend 5 days' work from office during the training period.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex processes and systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple applications and digital tools simultaneously.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, data privacy, and information handling requirements.
• Stable employment history with a demonstrated interest in building a career within customer contact centre operations.
