Voice Service Engineer

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, looking for a talented and highly motivated Voice Service Engineer to join our Voice Services team.

You have a challenging mission to:

Be responsible for designing, planning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Voce Core Network Architecture related with Mobile Voice Services (IMS Network, CS Network).

What will you do:

• Lead and contribute to solutions creation and implementation for Mobile Voice Services.
• Analyze new technologies for Mobile Voice Services and define NOVA requirements towards other Vendors.
• Identify risks and monitor, end to end implementation project.
• Participate in network deployments as technical coordinator. Define the acceptance criteria and drive the technical evaluation.
• Monitoring and analyzing Network and Service Performance KPIs, identifying gaps and corrective measures for implementation to ensure seamless NW Operation
• Participate in Change Management process for configuration changes in Live network
• Design and develop comprehensive RFPs and support Commercial & Supply Chain Management teams for suitable selection of vendors
• Present solutions and new implementations within NOVA organization.
• Provide proper technical reporting towards management teams, including risks analysis whenever is required.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.
• Coach and mentor to enable internal competence build.
• Read up on new technology / technical areas

It would be great if you have:

• University degree related with Telecommunications, IT or similar technical fields.
• Very Good Knowledge of Voice Network Architecture and Services (Voice, SMS, VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi)
• At least 5 years of working experience with IMS Core Nodes (e.g. CSCF, MTAS, SBG and related Interfaces)
• Experience with Voice CS Core Nodes (e.g. MSC, MGW, HLR and related Interfaces) would be considered as asset.
• Experience with Ericsson related Products would be considered an asset.
• Able to analyze problems and conduct efective fault diagnosis and system recovery.
• Experience in Network Virtualization Functions would be considered an asset
• Administration of Linux based systems
• Professional approach to responsibilities – ability to take ownership
• Team player skills, cooperation and work under pressure capabilities are required
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
