We are looking for an experienced Void/ End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our team, in Milton Keynes, Northampton and the surrounding areas.

About the Role

• Work in domestic settings
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness for all clients.

Types of Cleans Offered

You will be required to carry out three types of cleans:

• Standard Clean: Routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying to maintain day-to-day cleanliness.
• Dirty Clean: More intensive cleaning for spaces that require extra attention due to heavy soiling or neglect, targeting built-up dirt and grime.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete cleaning tasks according to the type of clean required.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues found during cleaning.
• Undertake deep cleaning as needed.

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Experience using carpet cleaners and in appliance cleaning
