Void Property Planner

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Void Property Planner to join our operations team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring void properties are turned around efficiently and ready for occupation.About the RoleAs a Void Property Planner, you will be the central point of coordination between clients, tenants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Your role will involve planning and scheduling void works, managing reactive move-in issues, tracking job progress, and ensuring customers receive clear and professional communication throughout the process.This is not simply a scheduling role. We are looking for someone who will take ownership, think ahead, solve problems, and ensure every property is completed to the required standard and on time.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule void property works across multiple contracts.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Manage reactive issues raised before and after tenant move-in.
• Act as the primary customer contact for void-related enquiries.
• Provide regular updates to clients, housing teams
• Track progress against target completion dates.
• Escalate delays and proactively identify solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Produce reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor job completion evidence and ensure records are accurate.
• Work closely with operational managers to minimise void turnaround times.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.

What We're Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience✅ Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis)✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal✅ Strong organisational and time-management abilities✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities✅ High attention to detail✅ A proactive, problem-solving mindset✅ Confident dealing with customers, clients and operational teamsDesirable

• Experience within housing, repairs, maintenance or property services
• Knowledge of voids, compliance works
• Experience using scheduling or job management systems
