What they need
I have a client in the Kent area currently looking to fill a Voids Surveyor position with a focus on balancing inspections and the management of one line report.
Responsibilities
- Complete Inspections in accordance with HHSRS Regulations
- Will be in large part covering Voided/Vacant Properties.
- Oversee inspections for one other void inspector.
Requirements
- HHSRS Knowledge and/or Qualification
- Experience covering Damp and Mould work additionally
