VoIP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Unified Communications / VoIP Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, Contact Center solutions, and Cisco Telephony.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support VoIP and Unified Communications infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft Teams, NICE CXone, and Cisco Telephony systems
• Configure and maintain AudioCodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, CoreView, MOYOBI and Tendfor solutions
• Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Teams Physical Phones
• Support UC, Contact Center and Video Conferencing platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across LAN, Wi-Fi and Zscaler ZPA environments
• Implement automation and process improvements
• Manage projects using established tools and methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

About you

• 5+ years of experience in VoIP / Unified Communications
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, NICE CXone, Cisco Telephony, SIP & H.323
• Experience with AudioCodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, CoreView, MOYOBI & Tendfor
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) & Teams Physical Phones
• Strong knowledge of UC, Contact Center & Video Conferencing
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi & Zscaler ZPA
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of automation and process improvement
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
