Job Skills of VOIP Support Engineer :

• Good knowledge of VoIP and SIP.
• Good knowledge of Linux OS (CentOS/Redhat).
• Working knowledge in any open-source VoIP solutions like Freeswitch, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, and Kamailio.
• Good experience in troubleshooting issues using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
• Good knowledge of tools like Sipp, fail2ban & IPtables.
• Should have a proper understanding of Networking concepts
• Should have good troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of Mysql Database.
• Experience & knowledge of Database Replication & Heartbeat configuration will add an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills & Problem-solving attitude
• Good experience in Client Support
• Able to add Shift
