What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and the parts department
• Maintain high-quality work and attention to detail
• Stay up to date with paid Volkswagen factory training
• Keep your bay and tools organized and in top shape
• Drive test vehicles to confirm repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and shop policies

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years of technician experience (Volkswagen experience is a plus!)
• Technical school or factory apprentice program preferred
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background & drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete all necessary physical tasks
