Volleyball Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volleyball Coach to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' skills, techniques, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on individual and team development.
• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Organize and oversee team competitions, including scheduling matches and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages participation and camaraderie.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team progress and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during practices and competitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coaching volleyball at various levels is preferred.
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Knowledge of swimming techniques is a plus, as it may be integrated into training for overall athletic development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, practices, and competitions effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
