Volleyball Coach

Overview Join our team as a Volleyball Coach and ignite a passion for the sport in young athletes! WBG Sports & Fitness LLC is hiring Volleyball Coaches for our programs in the Montgomery Village, Germantown, and Gaithersburg, MD areas. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and teach volleyball to elementary and middle school students through engaging class sessions and positive mentorship. We are looking to fill this position immediately. Locations: Montgomery Village, Germantown, and Gaithersburg, MD Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Pay: $40 per hour Duties - Design and implement elementary and middle school volleyball sessions tailored to various skill levels and age groups - Lead engaging practices focusing on fundamentals (serving, passing, setting, hitting), game strategy, and physical conditioning - Provide constructive feedback to support player development - Foster a positive environment emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork - Monitor player progress and adapt coaching methods to individual needs - Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe playing environment Experience - Prior experience coaching volleyball at school, community, or club levels is preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules, and strategies - Background in sports coaching or physical education is a plus - Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings - Behavior management skills to keep players motivated and focused - Reliable availability Monday to Friday, 4-6 PM, and ability to travel between Montgomery Village, Germantown, and Gaithersburg Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where students thrive on and off the court!
