Duties

• Official 2 volleyball games per week by applying and interpreting game rules accurately and consistently
• Monitor player conduct and manage on-court conflicts with professionalism and tact
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including quick response to injuries using first aid skills when necessary
• Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and spectators to maintain a fair and respectful environment
• Assist in managing game flow
• Perform safety checks before matches, including AED operation readiness and adherence to health guidelines

Skills

• Experience in sports officiating or refereeing, particularly in volleyball
• Strong knowledge of sports rules interpretation and player management in officiating roles
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey decisions and manage conflicts on the court
• Ability to work with children and diverse groups while maintaining professionalism and patience
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to sports officiating and general event management

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
