About the role

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for volume hiring; processing of candidates from initial interview up to the Job Offer stage. You will also be responsible for class formation, compliance to requirements follow-up, NEO follow through and others. You will be maintaining trackers and databases as part of record-keeping and will be interfacing with candidates on all recruitment stages. You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure 100% class completion and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Volume processing of external candidates
• Communicate effectively for additional information as needed by job
• Perform accurate data keeping or record tracking
• Perform other jobs as needed
• Interface with candidates on all recruitment stages
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure class completion and on-time delivery

About you

• College graduate preferred
• High proficiency in the English language
• Very good computer skills including ability to use and navigate MS Word, MS Excel, browse the internet
