Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Voluntee team member will coordinate and support day-to-day volunteer activities, including planning schedules, organizing events or community projects, and maintaining clear communication with participants and local stakeholders. The role involves assisting with program implementation, collecting feedback from volunteers and community partners, and helping improve processes and resources. Responsibilities may also include basic documentation, data entry related to volunteer engagement, and contributing to outreach efforts to raise awareness about Voluntee’s initiatives. The position requires consistent presence at designated locations and collaboration with colleagues and community members.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and support multiple activities in a structured manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with volunteers, community members, and partners respectfully and clearly.
• Comfort with basic documentation and record-keeping, including using common office tools and software.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in on-site settings and adapt to changing needs in community-focused environments.
• Demonstrated interest in community service, social impact, or non-profit work; prior volunteer or field experience is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages used in Tamil Nadu is beneficial.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in social work, community development, or related fields is a plus.
