Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations with strong exposure to vendor rebate management and reconciliation.

• Systems Knowledge

  : Hands‑on experience with SAP and preferably Vistex or similar rebate management tools.

Advanced Excel Proficiency

Expert knowledge of Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, if formulas, data validation, charts). Capable of building financial models and tracking rebate calculations efficiently.

Presentation & Reporting Skills

Ability to create clear, data‑driven presentations and dashboards for management. Skilled in summarizing complex financial information into concise, visual reports.

Ensures accuracy in rebate entries, vendor reconciliation, and reporting processes.

Communication Skills

Effective written and verbal communication to coordinate with vendors, finance teams, and management.

Process Improvement Mindset

Ability to identify and implement improvements in rebate management, automation, and control processes.

 

Core Experience

• Proven track record in rebate management, including contract validation, rebate calculation, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Experience in analyzing vendor and customer rebate agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Ability to prepare rebate performance reports and support closure of open vendor receivables or accruals.
• Understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and reporting discipline in rebate operations.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to enhance VOS functionality and accuracy.
