About the role

This role will act as a key bridge between China Securities International and Central Asian markets, covering business development, client and partner communication, market research, financial analysis, and transaction support.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive China Securities International's business development strategy in Central Asia
• Assist build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking in Central Asian markets
• Support negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and cross-border transactions
• Translate and interpret business materials and meetings among Russian, Chinese, and English
• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, legal, operations, and compliance
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events in Central Asia
• Monitor regional economic, regulatory, and financial market developments
• Travel within Central Asia as required

About you

• Native Russian speaker
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or English; proficiency in both is preferred
• Proven work experience in finance, banking, investment, corporate finance, fintech, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and across cultures
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones
