VP, AI & Machine Learning

We are seeking a VP, AI & Machine Learning to lead the strategy, implementation, and scaling of AI and machine learning capabilities across the business. This executive will translate business priorities into production-ready AI solutions and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI/ML strategy, roadmap, and implementation.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the business.
• Oversee deployment and scaling of Generative AI, ML, LLMs, and AI automation into production.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive AI adoption and transformation.
• Build and lead high-performing AI/ML, data science, and engineering teams.
• Establish AI governance, responsible AI, model risk, and data standards.
• Measure AI investments through business outcomes, adoption, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, AI/ML, data science, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience implementing and scaling AI solutions in an enterprise environment .
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, machine learning, data platforms, and AI architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong business orientation with a track record of turning AI strategy into production deployments and measurable results .
