VP Architecture - Data Management

For our client, we are seeking a VP Architecture - Data Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leadership role will shape data management architecture and guide the delivery of strategic solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. The position will partner closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen data capabilities, support revenue growth, and advance consulting engagements. It will also provide technical direction, people leadership, and oversight of modern data platforms and integration approaches in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships to support revenue goals
• Lead solution design aligned with client strategies
• Evaluate and implement data management tools and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data strategies
• Coach and mentor junior team members and improve performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise data management experience
• 10+ years of consulting experience preferred
• 7+ years leading global teams
• Experience with modern databases like Snowflake and Databricks
• Strong understanding of API constructs and ETL/ELT processes
