This includes conducting market research, developing growth plans, and leading initiatives to drive revenue and profit growth. The Business Strategy Manager will work closely with the Vice President of International Business and other members of the executive team to ensure that the business strategy is aligned with the overall corporate strategy. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities: 岗位职责：

• Developing and implementing mid and long-term strategic plans for the company, conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify business opportunities and assess their feasibility. 参与公司制定和实施中长期战略计划，进行深入的市场分析和研究，以确定商业机会并评估其可行性。
• Assist Asia strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of global leadership and departmental heads.

• Provide input into the development of the company’s overall strategy

• Conduct industry and market research to assist in informing Vice President’s decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications: 我们希望你拥有：

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Administration or similar field

• 7+ years in a business or management consulting role

• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
