Responsibilities

• Lead audience growth strategies that increase viewership, fandom, engagement, retention, and franchise affinity across television and multiplatform environments.
• Develop title-specific acquisition, conversion, and always-on fandom strategies across streaming, FAST, social, digital, search, creator, cast, and community channels.
• Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and test-and-learn processes using viewership, engagement, retention, cohort, and attribution analytics.
• Improve content discoverability through accurate metadata, identifiers, EPG feeds, search optimization, and discovery-source attribution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute growth initiatives, establish accountability, and create scalable audience development playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in audience development, programming, entertainment marketing, content strategy, streaming, television, or digital media growth.
• Proven success driving viewership, fandom, engagement, and retention for entertainment brands or television franchises.
• Strong knowledge of linear programming, on-air promotion, scheduling, and multiplatform audience conversion.
• Experience developing strategies across linear, streaming, FAST, social, digital, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
• Expertise in fandom-building, audience measurement, retention analytics, discovery attribution, content metadata, identifiers, EPG feeds, and search/recommendation systems; strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills preferred.
