Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar power projects.
• Manage government tenders for solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and securing successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver presentations to clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize tender submissions.

Job Requirements :

• 15-21 years of experience in BD (Business Development) or related field within the renewable energy industry.
• Proven track record of success in bidding for government tenders for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, policies, and regulations governing the sector.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
