VP, Client Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Client Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead client solutions strategy across a portfolio of external partners, with a strong emphasis on aligning product direction, commercial priorities, and long-term partnership value. The VP will own multi-year roadmaps, guide executive-level discussions, and ensure client-facing solutions are positioned for profitable growth. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity that blends consultative selling, relationship management, and financial discipline.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for client solutions across multiple partners
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps for partners
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead high-stakes client presentations and proposals
• Own financial rigor and profitability of client solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12-15+ years in product, technology, or business roles
• 5+ years leading and developing senior leaders
• Strong understanding of insurance business models
• Proven experience in consultative solution selling
