About the role

Based on Hong Kong's five-year science and technology innovation plan (AI/frontier technology), this role serves mainland listed companies' Hong Kong strategic deployment. Responsibilities include operating newly established Hong Kong subsidiaries, introducing mainland high-end technology enterprises and research talent to Hong Kong for incubation, coordinating Hong Kong government policies, subsidies, and industrial fund implementation, connecting with capital markets to complete science and technology innovation entity cultivation, and preparing for subsequent spin-off and listing work. This is a core executive position based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Science and technology innovation project incubation and implementation: Focus on AI, advanced manufacturing, and science and technology innovation tracks; introduce quality mainland technology enterprises to Hong Kong; master the full process of Science Park, Digital Port, and science and technology park entry and incubation; build the group's Hong Kong science and technology innovation industry platform.
• Hong Kong government resource coordination: Deeply engage with Hong Kong's Innovation and Technology Bureau, Investment Promotion Agency, Science and Technology Park Corporation and other core departments; proficiently apply for science and technology innovation subsidies, research grants, high-end talent policies, and industrial tax incentives; implement various science and technology innovation support resources.
• Government and industrial capital introduction: Master Hong Kong official science and technology innovation industrial fund investment, project establishment, and investment decision-making processes; independently introduce government industrial capital, market-oriented venture capital, and industry capital to empower incubated enterprises.
• Capitalization operations and spin-off preparation: Responsible for incubated enterprise equity structure, compliance review, and capital planning; engage with Hong Kong stock exchange securities firms, investment banks and other intermediary teams; lead science and technology innovation entity cultivation, early-stage Pre-IPO planning, and spin-off listing preparation work.
• System building: Establish Hong Kong science and technology innovation incubation subsidiary operating systems; implement integrated incubation model of talent, enterprises, capital, and policy.

About you

• 8 years or more of practical experience in Hong Kong science and technology innovation incubation and capital markets; with real cases of mainland technology enterprises landing in Hong Kong, park incubation, and government-enterprise engagement; consulting or theoretical experience not accepted.
• Proficient in Hong Kong's latest science and technology innovation policies and five-year plan AI industry support direction; skilled in Innovation and Technology Bureau, Investment Promotion Agency subsidy categories, talent policies, government industrial fund application and investment processes.
• Possess Hong Kong stock market capital operation knowledge; with practical experience in securities firm/investment bank engagement, science and technology enterprise capitalization, and listed company spin-off preparation; familiarity with Hong Kong stock science and technology/18C listing rules preferred.
• Possess mature Hong Kong government-enterprise, industrial capital, venture capital, and park circle resources; capable of independently implementing resource engagement and project advancement.
• Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in Chinese and English; familiar with Hong Kong business and government operation models; science, engineering, finance, or economics background preferred.
