Job Overview

The Vice President (VP) is responsible for leading the development and execution of technology strategy, overseeing technology and IT operations, and ensuring that technical priorities remain aligned with organizational needs. This role encompasses both high level leadership responsibilities and hands on guidance regarding cloud infrastructure, technical architecture, and various technology projects and initiatives. The VP will work closely with leaders and teams across functional departments to foster efficient collaboration and drive sound, well-reasoned technical decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop technology teams, including cross-functional teams as well as managers of technology projects and initiatives.

Oversee IT management, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture.

Guide technology projects and initiatives from planning through delivery, while coordinating priorities across different teams.

Communicate with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders to ensure that technical efforts are aligned with business requirements.

Evaluate opportunities for applying artificial intelligence (AI) to support technical objectives.

Required Skills

15+ years of experience in senior leadership and managing technology teams.

Proficiency in IT management, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture.

Strong cross-functional communication and team management skills.

Experience in project management within the technology sector.

Experience managing managers of technology projects and initiatives.

Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential use cases

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
