Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Technology to lead our technology strategy, oversee enterprise infrastructure and software systems, and drive the development of secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions. This role requires exceptional executive leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology strategies, architectures, and roadmaps that align with business goals.

Lead technical teams across areas including software engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.

Oversee technology projects, budgets, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and risk management.

Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of systems, and lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Direct software development, DevOps practices, cloud based applications, system integration, and technology modernization efforts.

Evaluate emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and various enterprise platforms.

Collaborate closely with the executive team and cross functional departments to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

15+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in technology leadership, IT management, software engineering, or enterprise architecture.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure, software development, databases, networking, and cybersecurity.

Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and complex technical projects.

Proficiency with platforms and technologies such as AWS or Azure, SQL databases, Java, Python, APIs, DevOps, and various enterprise grade systems.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading technology transformations or enterprise modernization initiatives.

Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, information security, and relevant industry standards.

Experience managing cross functional or geographically distributed teams.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
