Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects, prepare budgets & monitor expenses, monitor productivity & optimize manpower & machinery. Attend meetings with architects, consultants, build strong relationships w/contractors. weekly reports etc.
Required Candidate profile
Masters & PMP, 20/25 years of exp, experience handling projects from excavation to handover, experience handling multiple large scale residential simultaneously w/reputed developers w/strong systems
