- 挖掘上市公司大宗交易、再融资、股票减持、股份出售等交易机会；主导二级交易方案设计及执行，为客户提供方案设计及资本市场建议
- 具有丰富港美股二级投资者资源，组织路演、机构拜访、调研对接等
- 资本市场活动执行，包括业绩发布会、投资者日、富途年度活动等
【任职要求】
- 学历：本科及以上，金融/会计/财务/法律优先
- 经验：5年经验；优先中港资券商ECM/Equity Sales、港股上市公司IR、港股资本市场相关机构（如HKIRA等）
- 背景语言：英语及普通话优秀，可独立完成全英文商业沟通；粤语加分
- 工作地点：优先港深，需常态化出差
