VP, Enterprise Client Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Enterprise Client Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead strategic client solutions initiatives with a strong focus on enterprise-level business development and proposal/contract management support. The VP will partner across commercial, operations, and technology teams to improve productivity, streamline execution, and strengthen the client experience. This is a highly cross-functional leadership opportunity for someone who can drive standardization while preserving the flexibility needed to win and deliver complex opportunities.

The position also calls for shaping how digital tools and AI are applied to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and build stronger team capability across the enterprise client solutions function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $265,000 – $295,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-year technology roadmap
• Accelerate AI adoption and digital tools to improve productivity
• Eliminate manual tasks through process redesign
• Develop deeper acumen in proposal and contract management teams
• Drive standardization while maintaining flexibility in proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
• 10+ years of experience in proposal and contract management within the industry
• 9+ years of leadership experience
