Define and enforce one shared reporting standard: cadence, stage gates, status definitions, and data quality

Chair the governance rhythm: initiative reviews, monthly program review, and ELT reporting

Maintain a single enterprise view of initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and benefits

Challenge owners on plans and baselines, and track benefit realization against baseline

Unblock delivery and build the E-TMO team

Update the ELT on program status, and escalate and clear roadblocks owners cannot resolve

Arbitrate sequencing and dependency conflicts between functions to protect the critical path

Lead adoption of the governance model with functional leaders, and build the Enterprise TMO team

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

10+ years in enterprise program management or PMO leadership, with 5+ years leading multi-function programs

Systems thinker who sees cross-functional dependencies before they become issues

Bias to action; clears obstacles rather than reporting them
