VP, Enterprise TMO

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Enterprise TMO to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This senior leadership role will shape enterprise program governance and portfolio execution across a complex healthcare organization. The position will partner closely with executive leaders and functional PMO teams to create alignment, improve reporting discipline, and drive accountability across strategic initiatives. You will help ensure leadership has clear visibility into initiative progress, benefit realization, and roadblocks that could affect enterprise outcomes.

Location: Richmond, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $290,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce the enterprise governance model across the organization
• Set direction and priorities for initiative owners across functional PMOs
• Define and enforce shared reporting standards and data quality
• Chair initiative reviews and maintain an enterprise view of initiatives
• Challenge initiative owners on plans and track benefit realization
• Escalate unresolved roadblocks to the executive leadership team to support delivery
• Lead adoption of the governance model and build the enterprise TMO team

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise program management or PMO leadership
• 5+ years leading multi-function programs
• Experience in medical distribution or asset-intensive operations preferred
• Proven record of establishing an enterprise TMO or PMO of PMOs
• Strong financial skills, including business cases and benefit realization tracking
• Practical command of portfolio tooling and dashboards; Smartsheet preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or PMP is a plus
