VP – Financial Controller

This VP should help the Founder and CEO decide where company makes money, how to price and structure deals, and how to improve margins and cash. The same leader must also own reliable accounts, reporting, controls, tax, audit and compliance, and build a capable finance team.

15 plus years of progressive finance leadership, with material hands-on accountability across business finance, commercial finance and full financial controllership.

Evidence of pricing, contract economics, customer or product profitability, revenue and margin analysis, cost decisions and cash-generation interventions; request a specific decision and measurable result.

Direct leadership of reporting, accounting, tax, audit, statutory compliance, cash flow, internal controls and governance; identify which areas the candidate personally owned.

Regular partnership with a Founder, CEO, business heads or equivalent senior leaders; ability to influence Sales, Delivery and Operations, not just produce monthly packs.

Experience in a listed or professionally governed organisation, plus credible leadership of a sizeable finance team and willingness to work in Gurgaon.
