VP, Fixed Income Sales, DCM (IBD)

Job Descriptions:

• Contribute to the engagement, development, and maintenance of the institutional investor network for various bond products;
• Help drive the sales activities for bond issuances;
• Collaborate with the origination and execution team colleagues to drive the growth of bond business;
• Coordinate closely with syndicates, middle-office and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction settlements;
• Relay market feedbacks and investor needs to Debt Capital Markets team and relevant departments timely;
• Maintain robust risk control and compliance management frameworks in accordance with applicable internal and external regulatory requirements;
• Support the cross-team collaboration with other teams and departments.;
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with outstanding academic background;
• 5 years’ relevant experience in Fixed Income Sales;
• Solid understanding of debt capital markets and institutional investor behaviour;
• Strong analytical and market interpretation knowhows;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
