We're partnering exclusively with an established energy business seeking a VP-level Transmission & Interconnection professional to own studies and shape project decisions across a growing portfolio.

This is an individual contributor role with substantial autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys running models, interpreting results and turning technical findings into strategic recommendations.

You’ll:

• Lead transmission and generator interconnection studies.
• Assess system constraints, contingencies and project risks.
• Manage external consultants and review study quality.
• Guide project strategy across multiple technical workstreams.

Strong ERCOT and PJM experience is essential, alongside hands-on modeling capabilities and the judgment to operate independently.
