VP of Business Operations

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Business Operations to lead and optimize our organization’s core operational functions. Duties

• Lead the development and execution of operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments
• Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Drive large-scale organizational change management projects to support strategic growth objectives
• Manage operational budgets, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and executive-level budget oversight
• Implement process improvement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation
• Provide executive leadership in project management, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives aligned with corporate goals
• Supervise senior leadership teams across business units, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Utilize data-driven analysis to inform strategic planning, operational analysis, and decision making at the executive level
• Communicate effectively with C-suite executives through verbal communication skills that clearly articulate complex ideas and operational insights
• Oversee operations management functions to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing business operations within a complex organization
• Extensive background in operational management, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting profit and loss analysis
• Strong track record in business development management and driving revenue growth initiatives
• Expertise in project management methodologies and program management at an executive level
• Skilled in strategic planning with a focus on operational excellence initiatives and data-driven decision making
• Supervising experience with cross-functional teams, fostering leadership development within senior teams
• Excellent verbal communication skills suited for engaging with executive stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
• Knowledge of operational analysis techniques to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
