VP Operations & Monetization

Why this role is for you Yad2 Vehicles is growing beyond listings, and we are looking for the person who will launch what comes next. You will own go-to-market for the entire vehicle vertical and build new business lines from zero: business and consumer products, the vehicle price index, and paid services and partnerships along the seeker and seller journeys.

You report to the GM as deputy, carry named revenue lines and lead the Monetization, Growth & Operations arm, with the resources of a market leader and a mandate to build at startup speed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own named revenue lines, including seeker and seller monetization, partnerships, and GTM of new monetization products.
• Own the go-to-market program for the entire vertical: new packages and every major product launch, from plan through launch, measurement and fixes.
• Launch business and consumer products.
• Lead the vehicle price index team as a new business line, from valuation logic with Data and data operations through go-to-market and ongoing calibration.
• Lead the seeker and seller journeys end to end, together with the lead who owns them day to day, including new paid services.
• Build partnerships along the seeker and seller journeys together with the lead.
• Lead and grow a team of managers and specialists, and present to the GM, C-level and the board as deputy to the GM.

Your Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 4 years leading managers or multidisciplinary teams
• A track record of launching product/services from zero and growing it to scale
• Experience in both startups and large corporates, with the ability to use a big company's resources while moving at startup speed
• Direct ownership of a P&L or a revenue line
• Experience presenting to C-level and the board, defending the numbers and driving decisions
• Strong analytical skills, including building the business models yourself
• You lead through influence, using data to align Sales, Product, Data and Marketing without managing them directly
• You move easily between strategy and hands-on execution
• You understand how the business makes money, separate real signals from noise, and turn numbers into action
• You invest in developing people and building strong managers

• Early-career experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Experience in a marketplace or classifieds company
• Knowledge of the Vehicles or mobility industry
