VP Operations

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, profitability, and overall hotel performance.
2. Oversee multiple hotel brands and property management functions, including staffing, budgeting, procurement, maintenance.
3. Lead and motivate property managers, department heads, and operational personnel.
4. Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and hotel brand policies.
6. Collaborate with the Executive Team in identifying business opportunities, expansion plans, and strategic initiatives.
7. Foster a positive, guest centric culture throughout the organization.

What we're looking for

1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in operations management within the hospitality or property management industry
2. Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving operational excellence
3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and strategic planning skills
4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
5. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management
6. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
