The role requires a strong operations professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead project managers and supervisors, coordinate with design, production, inventory, procurement, and accounts teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Enzo's quality standards.

The ideal candidate should be process-driven, commercially aware, comfortable managing site teams, and capable of independently handling daily operational challenges while keeping the management informed of important decisions and risks.

  • Monitor project progress against committed milestones and proactively address delays.
  • Ensure every project has a clear execution plan before site mobilisation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and site visits for critical or high-value projects.
  • Ensure proper project handover from the sales team to operations before execution begins.

2. Team Management & Accountability

  • Lead and manage project managers, supervisors, installation teams, and other operational personnel.
  • Allocate manpower based on project priorities, site readiness, and installation requirements.
  • Establish clear responsibilities, reporting structures, and performance expectations for every team member.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with project managers and supervisors.
  • Address performance gaps, attendance issues, and execution-related conflicts.
  • Build a culture of ownership, discipline, accountability, and timely communication.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure shop drawings, GFC drawings, measurements, and technical details are finalised before execution.
  • Work with production, procurement, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure materials are available when required.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to establish realistic execution commitments.
  • Work with accounts to track project-related expenses, subcontractor payments, and outstanding commercial requirements.
  • Ensure all departments work from accurate project information and updated schedules.

4. Material, Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Ensure timely procurement, production planning, packing, and dispatch of project materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material allocation across projects.
  • Prevent material shortages, wastage, damage, and unnecessary emergency purchases.

  • Ensure tools, equipment, consumables, and installation accessories are available before mobilisation.

5. Cost Control & Profitability

  • Monitor project budgets, labour costs, transport expenses, subcontractor costs, and material consumption.
  • Identify cost overruns and take corrective action before they affect project profitability.
  • Minimise rework, wastage, idle manpower, repeat site visits, and unplanned expenses.
  • Review project variations and additional work requirements with the relevant teams before execution.
  • Ensure operational decisions support project margins and overall business profitability.

6. Quality Control & Site Safety

  • Implement standard quality checklists for material receipt, installation, finishing, lighting integration, and handover.
  • Ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and Enzo quality standards.
  • Identify recurring defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Enforce site safety practices, proper tool usage, and compliance with client and site requirements.
  • Ensure snag lists are closed and formal handover documentation is completed.

7. Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Ensure consistent use of the company's CRM and project tracking system, including Onsite.
  • Maintain an updated dashboard of project status, deadlines, material requirements, manpower deployment, and pending issues.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for project planning, mobilisation, execution, quality control, and closure.
  • Conduct weekly operational review meetings and submit concise reports to management.
