VP - Operations (Security Services / Facility Management)

Job Summary

Responsible for leading overall operations across security and facility management services, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and profitability. Drive strategic initiatives, manage P&L, strengthen client relationships, and optimize manpower and operational costs to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Manage P&L, budgets, revenue, and operational costs to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead and develop Operations Managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, service-level agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction, and contractual performance.
• Manage key client relationships and resolve operational issues, complaints, and escalations.
• Control manpower planning, overtime expenses, service penalties, and other operating costs.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in security services, facility management, or integrated services.
• Proven experience in senior leadership, managing multi-site operations and large operational teams.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and business performance improvement capabilities.
• Experience managing service contracts, client portfolios, manpower planning, and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of SLA management, overtime control, and contractual penalty management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
