VP People, Enterprise Operations

For our client, we are seeking a VP People, Enterprise Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This senior HR leadership role will shape the people strategy for a large enterprise operations organization, with a strong focus on culture, talent, leadership, and inclusion. The position will partner closely with business leaders and HR centers of excellence to deliver practical solutions that support operational performance across a global environment. The right candidate will also coach HR business partners, strengthen workforce planning, and help guide organization design and employee relations across multiple countries.

Location: Spring, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $260,000 – $320,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the global People Strategy for the enterprise operations team
• Drive key initiatives in organization culture, talent and leadership, and inclusion
• Partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure effective HR solutions are delivered
• Coach and develop HR business partners supporting multiple operational leaders
• Manage workforce planning, talent development, and executive recruiting
• Oversee organization design and employee relations across multiple countries

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including executive HR roles
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing organizational change
• Proven track record of managing costs, quality, and timeliness
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
