VP Product Manager - Mortgage

Job Responsibilities :-

• To Lead, direct and manage the mortgage portfolio to maximise profitability and meet budget.
• To work closely with Risk, Credit, Collections & Operations to drive growth, profitability and efficiency.
• To monitor, review, and track applications, approvals, rejects and cancellations
• To review and execute credit policies and mitigation to minimise risk to improve portfolio performance.
• To work with Finance & Risk to manage portfolio credit cost and losses.
• To conduct regular market analysis to ensure product remains relevant to meet customer's need drive business growth.
• Managing internal stakeholders- retail credit, retail credit risk, operations , collection & recovery, sales channels etc.
• To liaise with credit review team and lending ops team on credit and operational issues.
• To engage sales channels on local area marketing activities and sales campaigns execution
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• To conduct business and day-to-day activities according to group's compliance policies and procedures

Job Requirements :-

• Bachelors' degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experience.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in banking sector related to consumer products.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in retail banking product management.
