  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing, engaged sales team with clear accountability and strong results-orientation.
  • Champion a business value-driven sales approach centered on business outcomes, financial return (ROI), and sustainability (decarbonization) impact.
  • Lead complex pursuits by aligning stakeholders, shaping strategy, and driving deals to closure.
  • Drive rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity qualification, and sales performance.
  • Represent the business with credibility in executive customer and market-facing engagements.
  • Travel extensively across North America as required. Participate in-person meetings and workshops with key accounts and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive digital sales leadership experience leading direct sales teams. Overall 15 years of sales/work experience.

  • Sales and sales leadership experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or technology solutions. Ideally have experience at companies such as Google, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, Meta, Microsoft, AWS or other enterprise-level software/technology firm.
  • Proven sales & sales leadership track record, evidenced by President’s Club (or equivalent) sales awards over a stellar sales career
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic, multi-stakeholder pursuits from origination through close.
  • Strong experience in value-based selling and outcomes-focused digital sales leadership.
  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers, including CFOs, COOs and business unit Presidents.
