Work Experience : BE (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering) OR MTech/MS in Design, Motor Technology 18+ years of experience

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of electromechanical system, for compact Fans (AC-DC), Q Motor Axial Fans, Centrifugal blower?s product development life cycle, including design, development, testing, manufacturing, quality assurance, production marketing sales and customer support.

• Define and execute a forward-looking Innovation and Technology roadmap aligned with market needs and company growth strategy.

• Lead innovation in fan aerodynamics, motor efficiency, electronics, materials, design, and smart technologies.

• Evaluate emerging technologies such as BLDC motors, connected devices (IoT), energy-efficient controllers, high-efficiency blades, and noise reduction systems.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize investments in core technologies, prototypes, and new product categories.

• Assist in design, prototyping and validation of motors experiment, test, validate and document designed motors within set timelines and cost.

• Must have knowledge of International Electrotechincal commission standards especially UL507, IEC60050, 600335, 60089, 60080, 600529.

• Market research to determine what types of products might be successful among consumers, research product ideas to determine their viability, and research how existing products on the market are performing.

• VP ?Innovation and Technology design detailed project plans with engineering, manufacturing, teams to manage all aspects of product development and production.

• Reduction in Cost in existing products by design changes.

• Detail analysis of rejection and develop process to help in reduction in Rejection.
