Job highlights

• Experience in civil project management with expertise in construction site execution and quality compliance
• Develop and monitor project baselines, manage budgets and operations, lead on-site construction activities, conduct project reviews, and ensure quality standards

1.Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

2. Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost & time norms.

3. Organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress.

4. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

5. Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all stages of project

6. Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers).

7. Liaising with client fixing technical specifications and obtaining statutory clearances.

8. Review of design and drawing i.e. structures & Plan and profile of Road.
