• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of property operations, maintenance coordination, and facility management.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including reporting, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Able to coordinate and follow up with Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Operations teams.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work flexible hours or shifts when required
