Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis and treatment.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
• Provide preventative healthcare, immunisations, health assessments and chronic disease management.
• Order and interpret pathology, imaging and other diagnostic investigations.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate appropriate specialist and allied health referrals.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, specialists and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records using medical practice software.
• Uphold high standards of patient safety, infection control and clinical governance.
• Participate in rotating after-hours/on-call arrangements where required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner or appropriate eligibility.
• FRACGP or FACRRM (Vocational Recognition) preferred, or eligibility through a recognised GP pathway.
• Experience providing comprehensive general practice and primary healthcare services.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis and decision-making skills.
• A commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
